  20.         This program was written in Visual Basic, and needs the file
  21.     VBRUN100.DLL in the same directory as Windows to run.

  23.         To install States in a program group, open that program group,
  24.         then open File Manager.  Locate the file STATES.EXE and drag
  25.         the icon into the program group.
  26.  
  27.     If you do not have VBRUN100.DLL, it is available from most 
  28.         Bulletin Boards, check the BBS where you got STATES.
  29.  
  30.         A DOS version of the program is also available, you may
  31.         download both versions from the Mystery Box BBS.
